Pinterest is one of the social media sites along with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter and Tumblr, I’m publicizing posts from this blog at.  I’ve focused on Pinterest as it has all kinds of information and to say the least, I’ve been distracted away from my purpose of eventually publishing the manuscript of A Valued Life, Managing the Business of You.

I have a few boards as indicated on the new quotes page of this website available with the drop down that appears when you mouse over About Jacob that relate to the Business of You.  There are  Pinterest boards of the post quotes,  thoughts that resonate, and general systems.  If you check them out, you may find I’ve created a few other boards just for the fun of it.  What’s interesting is in the last three weeks, there have been over 25,000 viewers and a few have even funneled into this website.    There’s the evidence that publicizing via social media works.   Plus, the process is fun, just like this blog.

It’s a thing of beauty, when your distractions align with your intentions.  It’s fun and gets things done.
