I came across a quote on Pinterest I related to.  I even made a few copies and gave it out to people at my work.  Most could relate, but there was a friend of mine who disagreed with a part of it.  For this I am thankful.  I appreciate it when people speak their minds and tell me about it even if it at first disagrees with my state of mind.  By putting my ego aside and listening to understand their perspective, I open myself up to learn and expand my awareness.

And thus, I have modified the quote I found to better show the ideas of the business of you and what my friend and I agreed was important about facing and dealing with conflict.
